only jokin' - but nobody votes Ballroom do they? Congrats for running the Spring Ball again this year, with special thanx to Mike [for guarding the Bar] and Jackie for 'spinning the discs'... and the rest of the backroom committe for making everything run so smoothly. It may be 12 years ago that I was running your club, but I still get a fantastic buzz from these BIG events, so promise to try to get back again later in the summer. At least I remembered to catch Elaine for a dance this time [which should keep me in her Good Books], but really am sorry to have let down so many other old friends - I must attend from the beginning next time.
Good luck to All, get out dancing in the frewsh air this Summer! Bye, Robin.
P.S. The following weekend [just gone] I attended the Burton-on-Trent Spring Ball - and left at 2am in a Blizzard!!!

Hi, im part of a dance trouppe in Torpoint called Dance to the Point... you may or may not of heard of us as it is part of a youth club and not yet an established dance school. our age range is from 14-16 yrs old. We meet up on wednesday night and often take part in competitions where schools take part. We mainly focus on hip hop dancing but are looking to extend our knowlege of other styles to help us in our dancing. We enter a few competions a year as i have said but want to this year include a range of styles in our rountine such as jive and rock n roll. We are very intersted in coming to one of your classes in the next few weeks maybe in april or may... but was wondering if one of the leading teachers at your class comes to visit our trouppe in Torpoint Community College on a wednesday night between 7 and 9pm. This would be fantastic as we would really appreciate your coming. Please notify me by my email address samiloublk@hotmail.com before hand so we can not set any lesson for that evening... Thank you Sami Blake
